We are based in Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, and have an in-person show room you can visit.

Yes, we have a showroom in Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong open for visit (reservations needed) ! We also attend Jewelry shows every year in Hong Kong in March, June, September and the end of November. Stay tuned for the dates!

To purchase Farah Pearl product, simply add your preferred items into the cart, then input relevant information for the order form. 
Please note that the order form is an offer form which has not been paid and the transaction will only be completed once payment is made.
After ordering, Farah Pearl will contact you via Instagram/ email regarding your order products.
Payment will be arranged in due course, with FPS/ Bank account transfer/ cash in-person at our Tsim Sha Tsui Office. Thank you for understanding our arrangements.
Please also check our shipping and returns policy on our website before payment.
We will contact you via your phone number whatsapp OR instagram to confirm your order details and subsequent payment. Please pay attention if @farahpearlshophk or +852 9337 9765 contacts you on Whatsapp (we only have one instagram and phone number) We will also check your order confirmation number with you for verification purposes.
