We ship within Hong Kong through SF express (paid by receiver)/ HK Post EC-GET or you can pick up your purchase in person at our Tsim Sha Tsui office as well!
我們通過順豐到付/ EC-GET 在香港境內發貨，或者您也可以親自到我們的尖沙咀辦事處取貨！
Once the product is dispatched, if the customer does not collect the package within the timeframe specified by the courier service for personal reasons, the customer will be liable for any additional storage fees and round-trip courier charges incurred during this period. In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipping, Farah Pearl will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred.
商品一經發貨後，如客戶因私人理由未能於快遞公司指定時間內取件，過程中所產生的額外存倉費用及來回快遞費用將由顧客承擔。如果包裹在運送過程中遺失或損壞，Farah Pearl 不對任何損失或損壞承擔責任。

Pearls grow in their natural environment. While ensuring luster and color, we will do our best to select high-quality pearls with relatively minor surface imperfections. Even though we have always adhered to strict selection standards, we cannot guarantee zero imperfections and zero growth lines.
